Requirements:
-Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in talent acquisition / recruitment within UAE real estate
-Mandatory experience hiring real estate sales agents
-Arabic speaker (mandatory)
-Strong understanding of UAE hiring practices and labor regulations
-Experience recruiting for developer, broker, consultant, and contractor roles
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Availability: Immediate / Short notice preferred
