Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and schedules
• Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents related to consulting and audit assignments with discretion
• Coordinate meetings and communications with clients, auditors, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally
• Assist with travel planning, bookings, and meeting logistics for senior management
• Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Provide ongoing administrative support to senior partners and management as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant
• Prior experience within consulting or audit firms will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Capability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
