Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house teams in a high-energy environment
Maintain excellent guest relations and handle feedback professionally
Ensure service quality, ambiance, and performance align with the brand concept
Coordinate closely with internal teams to support shows, service flow, and guest satisfaction
Uphold health, safety, and hospitality standards at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
Strong people management and communication skills
Passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and guest experience
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dining and show environment
