Job Title: Inventory Officer

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or stores operations
Experience with ERP systems and stock management tools is preferred

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and movements
Monitor and update inventory reports and databases
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely stock replenishment
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
Identify and report discrepancies or stock variances
Support audits and compliance checks

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office
Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams
Good communication and reporting skills
