Description:
Beaconhouse Private School Al Ain is currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the school’s leadership team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and demonstrates exceptional discretion and communication skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the leadership office while acting as a vital link between management, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Principal and senior leadership team
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and official correspondence efficiently
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and official documentation as required
Coordinate school events, meetings, and internal communications
Act as a key point of contact between leadership, staff members, parents, and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative matters

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role within the UAE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
Immediate availability to join is required
