Job Title: Receptionist
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
2 - 5 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive
Experience in UAE hospitality, corporate, or clinic settings is preferred
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk operations
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Provide administrative support as required
