Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of QS experience , specifically in interior fit-out/turnkey projects
• Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and civil finishes
• Excellent command of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, PlanSwift and QS-related software
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
