Job Title: Engineering Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Certification: Valid SOA License (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facility Management / Engineering Operations
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation related to engineering works
Support project execution, inspections, and handover processes
Requirements:
Prior UAE Facility Management experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of engineering operations and building services
Valid SOA License is required
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
