Job Title: Part-Time Resident Engineer (Site Supervision) – Consulting Projects
ANT Engineering Consultants is hiring a Part-Time Resident Engineer for a site-based project in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for experienced site supervision professionals with a consultant background and in-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality and local authority procedures.
The Resident Engineer will play a key role in overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations. This position offers flexibility through part-time engagement while providing continued career growth, professional exposure, and involvement in regulated consulting projects within Dubai.
This opportunity is best suited for professionals holding a valid own visa or freelancing visa, seeking structured project-based work and long-term professional development in consultancy-driven construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site supervision for construction activities in line with approved drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and site safety practices
Review site documentation, reports, and inspection records
Support issue resolution and ensure adherence to project timelines
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Experience:
Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in site supervision roles
Prior experience with engineering consultants is strongly preferred
Technical & Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality and authority approval procedures
Familiarity with construction supervision standards and site reporting
Other Requirements:
Must hold a valid own visa or freelancing visa
Ability to work independently in a site-based environment
Strong communication and coordination skills

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 4,000 – AED 6,500 per month (Part-Time Equivalent)
