China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC), one of the world’s leading international engineering and construction companies, is hiring Concrete Quality Control (QC) professionals for major infrastructure and construction projects in Dubai, UAE.
This role is critical to ensuring concrete quality compliance, mix design accuracy, and production excellence across batching plants and project sites. The position involves direct coordination with consultants, owners, and internal teams to maintain high construction standards aligned with international and project-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor concrete quality control procedures at batching plants and project sites
Review, prepare, and submit concrete mix design data for approval
Ensure compliance with concrete production quality standards and specifications
Manage and submit RFI (Request for Inspection / Real-Time Feedback) reports
Communicate independently with consultants, owners, and project stakeholders
Support inspections, approvals, and quality audits as required
Obtain interview and work approval from owners and consultants when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of concrete QC experience in a batching plant environment
Proven experience working on construction or infrastructure projects in Dubai / UAE
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of concrete mix design concepts and methods
Proficiency in concrete production quality control processes
Experience with RFI documentation and reporting procedures
Other Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to coordinate directly with consultants and owners
Immediate joining availability is mandatory
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 6,000 – AED 9,000 per month
(Based on Concrete QC roles in Dubai with 3–6 years experience in batching plants and infrastructure projects)
