Job Title: Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Advisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 3–7 years in HR, employee engagement, wellness programs, or organizational development
Prior experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and wellbeing programs
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives
Understanding of UAE labor laws and workplace regulations
Empathetic, approachable, and proactive in solving employee concerns
