Customer Service Representative
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Principal Accountabilities :
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming showroom environment
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or respective department
• Support CRM activities, Call the customer over the phone or email and maintain records of Sales force Opportunities
• Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and correspondence
• Support showroom and outdoor events, campaigns, and promotions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
• Track and showroom walk-in customers and record in digital devise
• Collect customer feedback or survey
• Encourage customers to download and use Toyota applications
Required Qualifications :
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Diploma in required
