HR Coordinator
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and HR reports
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred
