Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and manage labor, food, and menu for executive-level catering
• Supervise catering staff and kitchen operations
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained
• Control budget and cost-efficiency in all catering functions
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Consult with clients to understand catering needs and expectations
• Oversee food production methods and service management
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Motivate and train staff for performance excellence
