Secretary - Tendering
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender and prequalification documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
• Monitor tender portals and relevant websites for new opportunities.
• Maintain a calendar of tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Liaise with relevant departments to collect and collate required documents for tenders.
• Ensure that tender submissions are formatted, signed, and submitted correctly.
• Track tender outcomes and maintain a database of submitted bids and feedback.
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tender preparation and/or executive secretarial roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with government and private sector tendering procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
