We are hiring an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant for a permanent, full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage and support enterprise-grade SAP environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, high availability, security, and performance across complex SAP landscapes supporting mission-critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, including system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting
Perform SAP upgrades, kernel updates, support packs, and system migrations
Drive SAP ALM activities using SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM
Design, implement, and execute High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
Conduct regular DR drills and ensure business continuity readiness
Ensure SAP system security, compliance, and audit preparedness
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders on key initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience
Technical Expertise:
SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CPI
SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM
Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL
Core Skills:
HA/DR architecture, execution, and recovery
SAP security, audits, and compliance standards
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
SAP BASIS or SAP HANA Certification
Experience with SAP on Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – 30,000 per month
(Based on SAP BASIS role, 5–10 years experience, Riyadh market)
