Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale stadium or sports facility projects
Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover phases
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and change control
Drive project governance, reporting, and client communication
Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges
Ensure timely delivery in line with international stadium development standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
Experience:
Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager on major stadium, arena, or sports facility projects
Proven track record on large-scale, complex developments
Experience within international or GCC mega-project environments preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Expertise in project controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
Ability to manage high-value, high-visibility projects under tight timelines

SAR 45,000 – 65,000 per month
