The Civil Engineer role is a site-based position responsible for supervising and executing civil construction activities for building and infrastructure projects in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring construction works are delivered in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
As a Civil Engineer, you will coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to manage site activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical challenges. You will be actively involved in inspections, material approvals, and construction sequencing across earthworks, concrete structures, foundations, roads, and utility works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring to ensure project milestones are achieved
Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and material submittals
Oversee execution of earthworks, concrete works, foundations, roads, and utility installations
Ensure full compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and project safety standards
Support timely project delivery by identifying and resolving on-site technical issues
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Proven experience in building and/or infrastructure construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution practices
Familiarity with Saudi local codes, standards, and authority requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D and/or Revit is an advantage
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in site-based, fast-paced project environments

SAR 7,000 – 11,000 per month (based on Civil Engineer role, Saudi Arabia location, and experience level)
