The IT Sales Manager – Microsoft Solutions is a senior, client-facing role responsible for driving enterprise sales and business development for Microsoft technologies across the Qatar market. This position plays a critical role in expanding market presence by delivering value-driven, consultative IT solutions to mid-to-large enterprises across key industry sectors.
In this role, you will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. You will work closely with technical architects and pre-sales teams to align Microsoft cloud, collaboration, and AI solutions with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and closing new enterprise opportunities for Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and AI-driven solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior business stakeholders
Execute strategic account planning aligned with client technology roadmaps and industry trends
Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical architects to deliver solution presentations, demos, and proposals
Participate in Microsoft partner programs, co-selling initiatives, and go-to-market campaigns
Represent the organization at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation
Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate forecasting and reporting
Stay updated on Microsoft licensing models, incentives, cloud adoption strategies, and Qatar market dynamics

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred)
8–10 years of B2B IT sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Microsoft solutions
Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem, licensing models, cloud platforms, and AI integration
Proven experience in enterprise-level consultative selling and complex deal closures
Solid understanding of Qatar’s business environment, procurement processes, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Experience with Microsoft partner ecosystem, co-selling, and incentive programs is highly desirable

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 18,000 – 28,000 per month (based on role, Qatar market, and 8–10 years of experience)
Compensation Type: Monthly salary + performance-based incentives
