Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience: 3–5 years of Front Office experience in a luxury or five-star hotel, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
Requirements:
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments
Ability to handle pressure and resolve guest issues effectively
Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred)
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
