Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, networking, firewall, CCTV, and access control systems
Handle AMC support tickets and technical escalations
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Assist during installation, testing, and commissioning
Maintain basic technical and service documentation
Coordinate with vendors when required
UAE driving license is preferred for on-site support activities
