Job Title: Site Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Engineering Graduate (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant site engineering experience
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Understanding of safety standards and quality procedures
Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, or a related technical field
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant professional or site safety certifications (advantage)
Technical Skills:
Strong site execution or surveying knowledge (role-dependent)
Understanding of Saudi construction standards and practices
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Compensation:
Site Engineer: SAR 7,000 – 12,000 / month
