Job Title: Land Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering or Surveying
Experience: 7+ years of experience in land and topographic surveys
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments, and software
Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and site plans
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on-site and in varying field conditions
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, or a related technical field
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant professional or site safety certifications (advantage)
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory for AutoCAD Technician role)
Understanding of Saudi construction standards and practices
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

Compensation:
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Land Surveyor / Utility Surveyor: SAR 6,000 – 10,000 / month
