We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst (Banking Domain) to join a dynamic banking-focused project team in Muscat, Oman. This role is responsible for end-to-end business analysis delivery, bridging business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and successful project outcomes within the banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, BRDs, user stories, and impact analysis
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
Support UAT execution, defect tracking, and production sign-off activities
Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
Analyze and optimize retail banking and IBPS processes
Support Newgen BPM initiatives for branch and process automation
Maintain documentation and testing artifacts using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery accuracy
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
Certifications (Preferred):
Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or equivalent – advantageous)
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of banking systems and end-to-end banking processes
Hands-on experience with Newgen BPM
Practical expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
Ability to write detailed BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments
Experience:
5–7 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
Proven experience in the banking domain, particularly retail banking and IBPS

OMR 1,200 – OMR 1,800 per month
