Leenoda, a luxury women’s fashion brand based in Kuwait, is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive and personal administrative support. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling sensitive matters, managing multiple priorities, and supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive-level administrative and personal assistance to the CEO
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and business correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in administrative and personal assistance roles
• Strong calendar management and business correspondence skills
• Solid background in administrative and office support functions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Outstanding communication skills with a high level of professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
• Previous experience supporting executive management is an added advantage
