BEC Arabia, a leading organization in the construction sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer to join its technical project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on complex building developments, including hospital and large-scale institutional projects, where precision, coordination, and regulatory compliance are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate architectural design activities across multiple disciplines
Review and manage design drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals
Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to resolve design and construction challenges
Attend and lead client meetings, workshops, and design coordination sessions
Monitor architectural deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines
Provide technical support to construction teams during site execution
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior architects and architectural engineers
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
Certifications (Preferred):
BIM-related certifications
LEED accreditation or sustainability training (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD
Solid understanding of architectural codes, standards, and coordination workflows
Experience with BIM environments and multidisciplinary coordination
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to technical detail
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
At least 2 years in a senior or technical leadership role
Proven experience on hospital or large-scale building projects

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 13,000 – SAR 19,000 per month
