We are hiring experienced BIM Modelers (Mechanical & Electrical) for a contract-based assignment in Doha, Qatar. These roles are essential to delivering coordinated, clash-free BIM models for building and infrastructure projects, supporting accurate design execution and construction planning.
The positions offer solid career growth for BIM professionals seeking exposure to large-scale projects, advanced coordination workflows, and industry-standard tools. Selected candidates will enhance their professional development through hands-on modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and adherence to international BIM standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality Mechanical or Electrical BIM models in line with project specifications
Prepare coordinated BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with MEP teams
Update models based on RFIs, design revisions, and site requirements
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
Support documentation and construction coordination deliverables

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Certifications (Preferred):
BIM / Revit certification (advantageous)

Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on BIM modeling expertise
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction documentation

Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work within tight project timelines
Effective communication and coordination skills

Experience:
5–6 years of relevant BIM modeling experience

Availability:
Immediate joiners highly preferred

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Compensation:
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 7,000 – QAR 10,000 per month
(Based on BIM Modeler roles in Qatar with 5–6 years of experience; contract-based compensation)
