BEC Arabia, a leading organization in the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support major building projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of the technical office and plays a vital role in managing electrical design coordination, documentation, and site support activities in compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical design and technical office activities
Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, RFIs, and material submittals
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design and site-related issues
Support power and low-current systems ensuring compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards
Monitor technical deliverables, schedules, and construction progress
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior electrical engineers
Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to project specifications
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant professional or electrical engineering certifications (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of power systems and low-current systems
Expertise in electrical codes, standards, and coordination processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with technical office documentation and construction coordination
Soft Skills:
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
At least 2 years in a senior or lead electrical engineering role
Language:
Good command of English (spoken and written)

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 12,000 – SAR 18,000 per month
