Job Title: Offshore HSE Officer

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or relevant discipline
Experience: 5–7 years in Offshore Oil & Gas HSE roles
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications (preferred / mandatory as per role)

Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce offshore HSE policies, procedures, and safety systems
Monitor compliance with international oil & gas safety standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and workforce safety training
Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company HSE requirements
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting

Requirements / Additional Information:
Strong offshore safety and compliance experience in Oil & Gas operations
Immediate availability for interview
ECR Passport holders will not be prioritized

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Offshore HSE Officer: QAR 8,000 – 12,000 per month
(Based on Qatar offshore oil & gas market benchmarks, experience level, and role seniority)
