Job Title: Offshore Safety Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 12 years in Offshore Oil & Gas HSE / Safety roles
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce offshore HSE policies, procedures, and safety systems
Monitor compliance with international oil & gas safety standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and workforce safety training
Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure safety integration
Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company HSE requirements
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting for audits and inspections
Requirements / Additional Information:
Extensive offshore Oil & Gas safety experience, including operations and project support
Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and incident management skills
Ability to work in offshore environments under challenging conditions

Offshore Safety Engineer: QAR 14,000 – 18,000 per month
