Job Title: Offshore Site HSE Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Offshore Oil & Gas HSE / Safety roles
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications preferred / mandatory as per role
Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce offshore HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems
Monitor and ensure compliance with international oil & gas safety standards
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and workforce HSE training programs
Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams to integrate safety measures
Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company HSE requirements
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports for audits and inspections
Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across offshore operations
Requirements / Additional Information:
Strong leadership skills and proven offshore HSE management experience
Extensive knowledge of offshore safety standards, regulations, and best practices
Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and manage multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, reporting, and incident management skills

Offshore Site HSE Manager: QAR 18,000 – 25,000 per month
