Nationality: Western (US, EU, UK, Canadian, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia)
Experience: 15-20 years total, with at least 10 years in relevant roles, and minimum 5 years oil & gas experience within GCC.
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Engineering from a recognized university in one of the specified countries.
Proven experience in PMC projects, overseeing discipline engineering teams employed by contractors.
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of oil & gas experience within the GCC region
