Job Title: HSE Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline
Experience: 8–15 years of experience in HSE roles, with proven exposure to Facility Management projects
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications advantage
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure safe work practices
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records
Promote a strong safety culture across all facility management operations
Requirements / Additional Information:
Strong background in HSE management for Facility Management projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage
