Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects, especially in ship maintenance.
Proven leadership skills and experience supervising electrical installation teams.
Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety procedures, and shutdown activities.
Relevant electrical certification or trade qualification.
