Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management within offshore oil & gas projects.
Valid HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Knowledge of offshore safety standards and environmental regulations.
