Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure service efficiency
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience in Asian / Chinese cuisine is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
