Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, native Arabic speaking Clinical Psychologist for their client in Dubai.We are looking for Clinical Psychologists with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of PQE and a specialization in Addiction Medicine within a rehabilitation facility or a hospital setting.You would be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical interviews and utilize standardized psychometric tools to assess addiction severity, psychological functioning, and risk of harm (suicide/self-harm).Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care from admission to discharge.Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapies, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care.Diagnosing and treating comorbid mental health conditions (e.g., depression, PTSD, personality disorders).Creating relapse prevention strategies tailored to each patient and develop long-term recovery plans.Educating family members and providing counseling to address enabling behaviors and strengthen the patient’s support network.Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and counselors to coordinate care, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT).Maintaining accurate records of client progress, prepare clinical reports for legal or, if necessary, referring authorities.
Salary : Aed 45,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
