Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee day to day store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and visual displays.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales performance through effective strategies and team motivation.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction values.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; schedule team members based on business needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Promote a positive, customer focused culture.
