Job Title: Business Development Executive – New Business (Hunter)
Location: Kuwait
Reporting To: Managing Director / Sales Manager
Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive (Hunter) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across IT solutions, low voltage, and corporate training services. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients and expanding the company’s market presence in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B customers in corporate, government, and semi-government sectors
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, partnerships, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and RFQ responses
Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets
Promote bundled offerings (IT + LV + Training)
KPIs
New leads generated per month
Number of new corporate accounts acquired
Gross margin achieved
Sales pipeline value
Deal closure rate
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years B2C sales experience in Kuwait (IT or engineering solutions preferred)
Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti corporate and procurement environment
Fluent in Arabic and English
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently
Understanding of consultative selling
