Job Title: MOP & Design Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in MOP (Method of Procedure) preparation and design engineering
Experience in UAE / Gulf construction, industrial, or Oil & Gas projects preferred
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant MEP/Civil tools
Requirements:
Prepare Method of Procedures (MOPs) for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications
Coordinate with project teams, operations, and maintenance for safe and effective implementation of MOPs
Ensure designs and procedures comply with project standards, codes, and safety regulations
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
Support project planning, risk assessment, and documentation processes
Ensure proper documentation of all MOPs, designs, and revisions
