Job Title: Project Engineer – MEP
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
UPDA & QCDD certification mandatory
Minimum 10 years of experience in building MEP operations & maintenance
Proven track record in managing building services projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial/residential buildings
Hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations (UAE)
Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Excellent planning, documentation, and reporting skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software
Valid QID
Transferable Visa with NOC
Facility Management background
