Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business, or related field
1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment may also apply
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software
Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
