Education (Mandatory):
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
9+ years of overall relevant experience
4–6 years in proposal / tender engineering for Water & Wastewater projects
Middle East / GCC experience is an advantage

Technical Expertise:
Mechanical systems for water & wastewater treatment
Pumps, piping, valves, blowers, mixers, and treatment equipment
Strong understanding of WTP, STP, RO, TSE, and Industrial Wastewater projects

Proposal & Commercial Skills:
BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Vendor evaluation and technical/commercial compliance
Tender documentation, clarifications, and deviations
Contractual and commercial understanding

Software Skills:
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
AutoCAD (preferred)
Estimation tools / ERP systems (advantage)

Core Competencies:
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to meet strict tender deadlines
Detail-oriented and collaborative team player

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary Offered:
Maximum QAR 15,000 per month

Accommodation Benefit:
Company-provided accommodation: QAR 5,000 – 8,000
