Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor offshore civil construction activities
Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, contractors, and offshore teams
Enforce HSE standards and offshore safety regulations
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
Report progress, issues, and quality observations to project management
Support inspections, documentation, and compliance requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Offshore construction experience is mandatory
Skills & Competencies:
Strong site supervision and coordination skills
Knowledge of offshore construction methods and safety standards
Ability to work under demanding offshore conditions
Good communication and reporting skills
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred

QAR 5,000 – 7,000 per month + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transport)
