Job Title: HR Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
Experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or retail sector preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
Experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
Ability to manage HR operations across multiple branches
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR reporting tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction for staff across multiple branches
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives
Assist in payroll processing and HR audits
Coordinate with branch managers to ensure smooth HR operations
