Key Technical Responsibilities
•
Perform mechanical asset walkdowns and validate tags against engineering documents (P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, vendor manuals).
•Check mechanical document statuses and support version control processes.
•Log discrepancies such as missing tags or mismatched metadata; validate key fields and link assets to relevant documentation.
•Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure alignment of discipline data.
•Produce mechanical data reports using Microsoft Excel and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•5 years of experience in relevant filed with hands-on expertise in mechanical documentation interpretation and asset verification.
Preferred Technical Skills
•Working knowledge of API and ASME standards.
•Exposure to CMMS/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo).
•Strong skills in Excel analytics and reporting.
