SAP SuccessFactors Specialist – Employee Central (EC)
Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules
Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations
Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and Saudi labor regulations
Support HR operations through system configuration, data accuracy, and reporting
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
SAP Payroll or HRIS-related professional certifications
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SAP SuccessFactors environments
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Hands-on experience with Saudi payroll compliance (GOSI, WPS, tax regulations) for payroll role
HR systems integration, reporting, and data management
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage complex HR processes in enterprise environments
