Handle end-to-end Saudi payroll processing

Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors EC with payroll integration
Handle end-to-end Saudi payroll processing, including GOSI, WPS, and tax compliance
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll delivery and reconciliation
Support payroll audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions
Ensure payroll data integrity, security, and compliance with Saudi labor laws
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
SAP Payroll or HRIS-related professional certifications
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SAP SuccessFactors environments
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Hands-on experience with Saudi payroll compliance (GOSI, WPS, tax regulations) for payroll role
HR systems integration, reporting, and data management
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage complex HR processes in enterprise environments
