We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing - SEO & PPC Specialist to lead and execute high-performance digital marketing strategies for a U.S.-based brand. This role is ideal for a data-driven, performance-focused professional with strong experience in SEO, Google Ads, and lead generation for Western markets.
You will take ownership of organic and paid search performance, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable ROI. This is a hands-on senior role, requiring both strategic leadership and execution excellence.
This is a strictly on-site role with a Night Shift working hours in Dubai. Candidates must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full SEO strategy, including:
On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Keyword research and optimization for the U.S. market
Link-building strategy and execution
Own Google Ads performance end-to-end, including:
Budget management and bid strategies
Audience targeting and campaign structure
Conversion tracking and continuous optimization
Analyze and improve lead generation funnels to maximize conversion rates and ROI
Conduct competitor and keyword analysis to identify growth opportunities in U.S. search markets
Optimize WordPress website performance, structure, and SEO configurations
Track, analyze, and report on:
SEO rankings and traffic performance
Paid media efficiency and conversions
Campaign ROI and growth metrics
Collaborate with content, design, and proposal teams to align SEO and PPC efforts with business objectives
Ensure accurate tracking and measurement using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager

WordPress (SEO plug-ins and performance optimization)
Ahrefs (advantage)
HubSpot & Samsara (minimum 2 years’ experience required)
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in SEO and PPC roles
2+ years experience with Samsara & Hubspot
Strong experience working with U.S. or Western markets (highly preferred)
Proven track record of:
Google Ads conversion optimization
Lead generation and performance marketing
Advanced proficiency in:
Semrush
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Google Tag Manager
WordPress SEO tools and configurations
Strong understanding of U.S. search behavior and audience intent
Experience in security or B2B industries is an advantage
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with Los Angeles business hours
