Role Overview:
The therapist will work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting emotional well-being, relationship challenges, and family dynamics through structured therapeutic interventions. The role involves close collaboration with psychologists, counsellors, and psychiatrists.
Key Requirements:
Master’s degree in Psychology and Masters in Family Therapy
Experience supporting couples and families (individual or group therapy)
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Ability to maintain ethical, confidential, and professional practice
Arabic speaking is an advantage
Additional Notes:
Must be eligible for professional license in the UAE
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience post home-country license
